Friday 2/21: Greek Olympiad Setup. Moved all our gear to GRW, went and got more at Reed.
Spent the morning getting the stage built. Moving shop put the tarp down on time and got the
curatin hung before noon. Finished up curtain track with short crew and Pat came back from the big final meeting and declared it okay.
Kirk and John managed lights exclusively. Spent 4-7 setting up and straightening chairs.
Improvements: hung truss as diamond instead of square. Riggers a day early in afternoon means everything is done Friday, and only small things to do Sat.

Saturday 2/22: In at 8:00am to do final GRW setup. BB is cross today, don't know why. Got everything finished up by rehearsal time. I watched house while Pat rehearsed acts.
Actual show went well, new csc security is very thorough, at show time we still had 1000+ people outside. Ways to make entry faster? Also be sure to cordon off SW end of horseshoe with backstage guards...
Reed Arena had problems with fights and shut down early.

Sunday 2/23: COSGA. Pretty easy, speaker was Jim Olson. Remember not to tell the COSGA kids their business, they run their own meeting on their own timetable.

Monday 2/24: Got shanghaied for COSGA again. Done at noon. Setup for Vagina Monologues in theatre. Rehearsal went well, Melissa and Brandy are easy to work with. Out around 10:30.
