Saturday: Jack Williams dedication, MAtt made frame to hold drape, I stayed until 1:30 night before to pack, BB let me come in at 9:30. JV was there, we worked together to get everything ready. Dr. Woodcock spoke, had architect's grandson, and builders son and grandson there. Pulled stage up in about 2 mins after they went in for refreshments. Walked back to shop, set Zone club up a little later than usual, but everything was okay.
Won game 27-6. Stayed to take down flagroom, JM gave me a ride home.
Lessons Learned: Remember to set out ribbon posts for west end bathroom/suite elevator area.

Friday:
Burgess banquet, worked in office until about 1pm and went over and hung banners. Used 20ft black bottom pipe on top and bottom, tied to drape tops.
Problems with Ath video, they brought DV player and tape at very last second (five mins before program started. Shawn was the guy that brought it, I probably hurt his feelings a little. C. CApps will make sure it is early next year. Stayed late to pack truck for JK Williams bldg dedication in AM

Thursday morning we set the exhibit hall early, added tables for a total of 20. I marked off the table locations with tape on the floor, and it went quickly, BB liked it, but it may be overkill. I think that there might be an easy solution to this but I am not sure.
Zone club w/ Ben, wall input 7 is patched to 2 at panel.
My show got canceled, AFROTC moved to Sat, Cpt. Baquet came over to apologize and check on us. He is a pretty good guy.
PM: Schedule had Commandants office in 110 for a projector, they decided they would use their own rig, but JTB was to check on them and make sure they were okay. TJB had probs with room setup, moved them? to 111. JTB found that Navigators were coming into 111 while Commandant was in 111, they went into 110 and JTB had to tell them to not play for a while until GVA was done, they finished early and NAvigators got underway. This looks more and more like a scheduling/sheila carr mixup but we have the ongoing problem of Navigators in K110-111 causing problems for cross scheduling. Solution, don't schedule opposite room on Navigators Thurs night. Or move them. JTB handled this well, and Gaby Night MGr did not at all. Don't know exactly why.

updated 12th man diagram with 20 tables.
got pictures and did AV training for 16mm projector, need to do manual.
took new tv to zone club.
Need to figure out what to do with power stubs on game days.
tomorrow: drycleaning? wear jeans and help Pat on grid
prep for weekend. Burgess details? axim decision
tonight: finance? job search stuff.

School of Rural Public Health dedication off Adriance road. Forgot to bring the camera and take pictures. Remember to bring ladders when we need to get up high (and put lights in the tent...) Can't find key for good podium. Remember to tape down/tie wrap flags so they don't blow in the wind. Any outdoor event should include water if the sun in shining. Any VIP event should probably include water, regardless of how hot it was. Need to come up with a better basic toolkit.

GRW diagram for 12 man membership drive, need to brush up GRW main drawing.
phone lines in 601 are fubar. Need to figure out why patch will not work.
Stage diagrams suck. Need to start from scratch and redo everything.
Updated AV schedule. WEnt out and watched text at Adriance go up, Al packed everything we needed for tomorrow. Need to figure out how to better stay on top of events and make pack lists for everything. A key to this is to have pack lists from last year ready to go and customize.
This means getting organized on the computer a lot more as regards events management.

Cleaned up some, got some filing stuff taken care of.
Began process of moving tower and MSC room drawings over to Autocad.
Discussed First Yell notes with Pat. I could not think of anything to improve unless we count telling teams (again!!) not to expect to move to the spots until after 2pm.
Talked over font embed problem with Jason, he says there is not a good cover-all solution.
After noon, worked on 205-206 diagram for BB. Notes and JS from drew. Broke out
AVMACROMEDIATEST2 and worked on it some.
