Prblems with AV at the forefront of the day. Tony has been letting Bill Baldwin know, and Bill's response is "who's gonna pay". I need to find out what my role is with this side of the biz-- seems like Woodg has eminent domain over all, but there are too many little fingers messing with stuff (including mine??) Here's a foreshortened laundry list of issues that need to be addressed. Cords Adapters LCD in MPR won't pick up computer Aud mic jacks in wall staticy- bad connection? Aud wall plate jacks loose Aud computer jack for sound inop Podium mic inop Clockaudio C36E Aud RCA jacks loose, pull out. Why is it so difficult to get work done at home? Distractions? Apathy? Fatigue? Spending time with James and home chores take precedence when I am there, but those things don't seem to get done either. - posted by Chris @ 7:17 AM Edit

Came back in at 9pm and stayed late until 3am Need to examine whether my schedule is screwing me up or if there's just not enough organization. 1) organization - can't get all the information in one place, it takes forever to track down the all the details for catering requests, for example. 2) schedule is goofy, coming in late, leaving early-- not efficient use of time. 3) too much to do, yes-- but can I find faster ways to do it? Will I be able to delegate better next fall? 4) Automation-- how much can I make go faster if I have good forms and automation? - posted by Chris @ 8:03 AM Edit

Super incredible behind again, and there are three reasons. 1) took two half days off and haven't put in any extra time lately 2) organization, organization, organization 3) the MOVE. AGAIN.
