I'm not sure how to feel about the fact that I got asked to setup the sound for the CCG tonight. It's Woodg's responsibility, but he's got a bad back. HE tells me that he had Ericka check around and try to find staff to do it, but she wasn't able to on short notice. 1. Student workers work when you tell them to? I can't believe in a staff of 30 students, they couldn't find one to work a non-holiday weekend night. Sounds like their student workers need some new priorities. Is it that they all had plans for tongiht? Hell, *I* had plans, but I deemed it necessary to come in and help since it's Woodg, and since it's Paul Muscente. Richard actually spoke to me this evening, and I'm not sure whether it's cause he felt he had to or was being sincere. 2. What is the deal with everybody? Seems like catering staff was all adversarial tonight. Were they pissed because they set up Doug and then the owner brought her own guitarist? What does that have to do with me? What's with the shoulder shrugs? Find a way to work it out with them before the summer starts. 3. I think this makes me even with everybody. Clean slate. I don't know how else to feel about it? Did we do this for free? For LeNorman? Friday, November 04, 2005
Gave my Physics numbers to DLC and she sent the invoices to Tali Discovered problems with WEAS GL, will talk with CB Friday WEAS wants their $$ prior to the 14th LABMAN wants to know now Wednesday, November 02, 2005
Got Physics billing done, fwd to DLC. Problems with Curie billing, I don't think that Char likes to work with me very much-- or maybe she just would rather go to Barbara? Strange. Completed WEAS refunds, need to do Journal Xfer (walk it through). Tomorrow: LABMAN or Joyce? Which has the higher probability of completion? Call or Email SERA guy and James Kessler. Reach out to NYSPTA? Conference billing needs to match the contract. Contract needs to match reality. Tuesday, November 01, 2005
