Notes from meeting with Woodg regarding AV changes We need to schedule a trip to Noyes in case there is stuff there that needs our attention. I’d like Woodg’s opinions and input on the Appel system. Student Labor issues Talk with Denise about how they do it. Discuss with Erica how she manages student staff, pay bands etc. Radios – everybody likes the idea of Nextel walkies. Student staff is 35 people? Talk about retention for Summer Staff- Pros and cons of using CD student staff Where can we consolidate Service center culture / CD student worker culture / what do we need and want in student workers.
